PAS 2030 Certified

We are a PAS 2030 registered installer, meaning we meet the requirements for Green Deal and ECO installations.

PAS 2030 is the industry specification for which all energy efficiency installers must be certified to, and compliant with, when carrying out energy efficiency measures under government initiatives such as ECO. PAS 2030 sets the requirements for competence, technical ability and quality to ensure the work meets the required standard.

Achieving this standard shows that we have made a commitment to high-quality trading practices and excellent customer service. Our customers can have confidence in our business, being assured that we provide the highest level of quality possible. We are proud to play a vital role in delivering energy savings to benefit our customers.

This accreditation also allows us to access new markets as part of government-funded initiatives.

OLEV Approved

Solar Select are OLEV (Office for Low Emission Vehicles) approved

OLEV is a UK government office that provides support and incentives for low-emission vehicles and related infrastructure.

While OLEV itself does not issue accreditations, it sets the standards and guidelines for many programs and schemes related to low-emission vehicles and charging infrastructure.

The main reason you should have your electric vehicle charging point installed by an OLEV-approved installer is that it helps you qualify for an EVHS grant for individuals or for a WCS grant for businesses (subject to approval). OLEV-approved car charging points conform to 18th edition IET wiring regulations. This means that your charging point conforms to UK safety standards and at Solar Select, we’re all about setting standards and we believe this should be across all the services we deliver.

At Solar Select, we offer a range of different EV Charging points to suit your specific requirements, allowing you to choose from 7KW chargers suitable for most domestic applications to 22KW charge points widely utilised within the commercial/industrial sector.

We offer many different models including Zappi, Pod Point, Project EV, Solaredge and ICS. Contact us for more information at [email protected]
